The newest community in the Touchstone Communities family is scheduled to open in Brownsville on May 20, 2024. Las Alturas will offer skilled nursing and transitional rehabilitative care for short-term needs as well as long-term care. Additionally, unique clinical specialties will be provided, including on-site dialysis and memory support.
